Craigleith Masonry Conservation are proud to have a close working relationship with The Scottish Lime Centre Trust (SLCT) and have worked on a number of conservation projects including reinstatement of lime renders and re-pointing of rubble walls.

The wealth of experience and knowledge at the SLCT is unrivalled and you can always rely on their independent, pragmatic and practical solutions for building repair, whether on new build or repair of existing buildings.

Craigleith Masonry is a young but ambitious contractor and likes to keep ahead of the game by continuously developing their staff through attendance at the SLCT training and education programme.

Our leading stone restorer David McPherson also provides tutoring at the SLCT for stone restoration works. In conjunction with Masons Mortar and SLCT we have over the last few years been involved in promoting Lithomex lime mortar repairs as a less invasive approach to stone restoration.
